Registration & provisioning

Self-service registration creates a new RebelCore organisation and its initial Customer Super Admin account.

Before you register

Have the following information ready:

  • Your organisation’s legal or trading name.
  • The country in which the RebelCore service should be provisioned.
  • The Customer Super Admin’s name, email address, and telephone number.
  • Billing details and an approved payment method.
  • Any data-residency or procurement requirements that must be confirmed before production use.

The country selected during registration influences the proposed Data Residency region. Confirm that it meets your organisation’s requirements before importing regulated data.

Register your organisation

  1. Open the RebelCore registration page.
  2. Enter your organisation and Customer Super Admin details.
  3. Select the appropriate licence or subscription.
  4. Review the order, regional information, and applicable terms.
  5. Complete payment.
  6. Wait for the provisioning confirmation page.

Do not close the browser while payment is being confirmed. If payment succeeds but provisioning does not begin, keep the confirmation reference and contact support.

Provisioning status

After registration, RebelCore prepares your organisation. The status page shows progress and reports when the workspace is ready.

Provisioning time can vary. You can safely leave the status page after the order has been confirmed; the Customer Super Admin receives an email when the workspace is available.

Invitation email

The Customer Super Admin receives an invitation to set a password. The link is single-use and time-limited.

  1. Open the invitation email.
  2. Select the password-setup link.
  3. Choose a password that meets the displayed requirements.
  4. Continue to sign-in.
  5. Enrol an authenticator and store the backup codes securely.

If the invitation expires, contact RebelCore support and quote the organisation name and registration reference.

First administration tasks

Before inviting the wider team:

  1. Confirm the organisation name and Data Residency badge.
  2. Open Customer Settings and review the available governance and privacy options.
  3. Assign the Data Protection Officer and Security Officer where required.
  4. Review the built-in roles and permissions.
  5. Create custom roles for your operating model.
  6. Invite users and assign the appropriate roles.
  7. Import non-production sample data to validate the intended workflow.

When to contact support

Contact RebelCore support if:

  • Payment completed but no provisioning status is available.
  • The invitation email does not arrive.
  • The displayed region is not the region your organisation approved.
  • The organisation name or Customer Super Admin email is incorrect.
  • Provisioning reports a failure.

Do not register a second organisation to work around a failed or delayed provisioning attempt; support can check the original registration.
