Registration & provisioning
Self-service registration creates a RebelCore™ customer in a controlled sequence. Payment is verified first, then the platform provisions the tenant, sends the first registration email, and lets the Business Registrant invite the rest of the team.
Onboarding timeline
- 1
Register
Pick Standard or Premium, enter the Business Registrant, company, billing, and launch-country details. The country selection drives the initial pricing region and the deployment residency.
- 2
Pay
RebelCore™ creates a Stitch Express payment link for the selected plan. The payment status is verified server-side before any customer tenant is created.
- 3
Provision
Once payment is confirmed, RebelCore™ creates the customer record, licence, Business Registrant account, tenant database, storage, routing, and audit infrastructure.
- 4
First registration
When the workspace is ready, the Business Registrant receives the registration email and sets their first password. This is the first human login to the new tenant.
- 5
Assign users
The Business Registrant signs in, creates users, assigns roles and permissions, and starts the data import and governance workflow.
Launch countries
Self-service registration is initially available in five countries:
| Country | Pricing | Residency region |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | GBP | UK |
| United States | USD | USA |
| South Africa | ZAR | South Africa |
| Ireland | EUR | Europe |
| Australia | AUD | Australia |
Visitors are preselected by Cloudflare location when they are in one of those countries. Everyone else must choose one of the five launch countries manually.
Defaults at registration
The public form keeps the first step deliberately small. RebelCore™ assumes:
- Language: English
- Cloud platform: Azure
- SLA: Mission Critical 247
- Initial users: 1 Business Registrant
Additional users are added inside RebelCore™ after the Business Registrant signs in.
Company workspace name
The company field is also used to create the workspace address. As you type, RebelCore™ converts it into a web-safe form: lowercase letters and numbers, with spaces collapsed into dashes.
For example, My Company! Inc. becomes my-company-inc.
Payment and deployment status
After payment, the status page shows whether the payment is still pending or the platform is being deployed. The customer is not created until the payment provider reports a paid or settled status.
When payment is complete, the page explains two things side by side:
- Your workspace is being prepared.
- RebelCore™ will email the Business Registrant when first registration and login are ready.
Once provisioning starts, email takes over:
- A setup email confirms the environment is being deployed.
- A completion email provides the first registration link.
- The Business Registrant uses that link to activate their account.
If an environment is later deprovisioned, RebelCore™ sends a confirmation email to the captured Business Registrant address so there is a clear record that access has ended.
