Your workspace

After signing in to the customer portal, RebelCore opens Home. The side menu contains the pages available to your account.

Agent-only users do not open the portal. They go directly to RebelCore Agent.

The header includes:

  • The RebelCore logo, which returns to Home.
  • The Data Residency badge, where available.
  • Notifications and other account controls available to your role.
  • Your initials, which open support and sign-out actions.

Side menu

The menu is grouped by purpose. You see only the groups and pages available to your account.

If a guide mentions a page you cannot see, your account probably does not have the required permission. Ask your Customer Super Admin to review your role.

Home

Home provides shortcuts based on the work your role permits. Use it to continue common tasks without searching through the menu.

Start with data

For a new organisation:

  1. Open Datasets.
  2. Click the + button to import source files.
  3. Complete the module build.
  4. Open Projects.
  5. Click Create Project and select the completed module.
  6. Open the project to enter the Tree.

See Importing data for the complete workflow.

Continue existing work

  • Open Datasets to continue an unfinished import or module build.
  • Open Projects to enter an existing project and its Tree.
  • Open RebelCore Agent from an authorised project action or use your organisation’s Agent address.
  • Open Audit or Activity when an administrative review is required.

Agent access

Users with Access Agent can open RebelCore Agent from authorised launch actions. A user whose role contains only Agent access is routed directly to Agent after sign-in and does not receive portal navigation.

See Login & access workflows for the complete flow.
