FAQ

General

Which browsers does RebelCore™ support?

Modern Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari (last two major versions of each). Internet Explorer is not supported.

Does RebelCore™ work offline?

No. RebelCore™ is a hosted web application — you need an internet connection to use it.

Where is my data stored?

Your workspace is deployed in the residency region selected during registration. Self-service registration currently supports launch countries including the United Kingdom, United States, South Africa, Ireland, and Australia. See Data Residency for the full model.

Account & access

How do I get an account?

Accounts are created by your organisation’s administrator. If you don’t know who that is, reach out to whoever onboarded you.

Can I have separate accounts for different customers?

A single account can be granted access to multiple customers’ projects via roles. You don’t need separate sign-ins for each.

How do I reset my password?

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in form. If your email belongs to an account, RebelCore™ sends a reset link that is valid for 60 minutes.

Projects & data

Can I delete a project I created by mistake?

It depends on your role. Most accounts can’t self-delete projects — ask your administrator to remove it for you.

What file formats can I import?

.csv and .xlsx (Excel). Other formats aren’t supported in the import flow yet.

My import is stuck on “Processing” — what should I do?

Most imports finish within a few minutes. If it’s been longer than 30 minutes:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Check the import detail page for an error.
  3. If still stuck, contact support with the project name and import batch name.

Can I revert / undo an import?

Each import is its own batch — you can run a new batch with corrected data without affecting the older one.

RebelCore™ Agent

Why did the agent give me a different answer than I expected?

Agent outputs are generated based on the data and the prompt you gave it. Try refining the prompt with more specifics (column names, expected output shape, etc.) and re-running.

Is my prompt history kept?

Yes — sessions are saved per user so you can pick up earlier conversations.

What is the difference between Fast and Thinking?

Fast streams answers and short progress updates for everyday questions. Thinking uses the deeper workflow trace for more complex work. A session keeps the mode used for its first prompt; start a new session to switch.

Can the agent see other customers’ data?

No. The agent operates inside the project context you opened it from, and your account’s role decides which projects it can see at all.
