FAQ

General

Which browsers does RebelCore™ support?

Modern Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari (last two major versions of each). Internet Explorer is not supported.

Does RebelCore™ work offline?

No. RebelCore™ is a hosted web application — you need an internet connection to use it.

Where is my data stored?

Your workspace is deployed in the residency region selected during registration. Self-service registration currently supports launch countries including the United Kingdom, United States, South Africa, Ireland, and Australia. See Data Residency for the full model.

Account & access

How do I get an account?

Accounts are created by your organisation’s administrator. If you don’t know who that is, reach out to whoever onboarded you.

Can one account access more than one customer?

No. A customer account belongs to one organisation. If you work with more than one RebelCore customer, each customer must provide a separate account.

How do I reset my password?

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in form. If your email belongs to an account, RebelCore™ sends a reset link that is valid for 60 minutes.

Projects & data

Can I delete a project I created by mistake?

Project deletion is an administrative action. Contact your Customer Super Admin or RebelCore support.

What file formats can I import?

The current file-import flow accepts .csv and .xlsx (Excel). See Import files for preparation guidance.

My import is stuck on “Processing” — what should I do?

Most imports finish within a few minutes. If it’s been longer than 30 minutes:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Expand the dataset row and check for an error.
  3. If still stuck, contact support with the project name and import batch name.

Can I revert / undo an import?

There is no general undo action. Create a new batch with the corrected data, then build a replacement module and project where required.

RebelCore™ Agent

Why did the agent give me a different answer than I expected?

Confirm that the correct datasets are selected and check the response’s exposure badge. Then refine the prompt with a name, department, date, expected measure, or requested output format.

Is my prompt history kept?

Yes — sessions are saved per user so you can pick up earlier conversations.

What is the difference between Fast and Reasoning?

Fast is intended for direct questions and everyday analysis. Reasoning is intended for more involved questions and provides expanded activity information where included in your licence. A session keeps the mode used for its first prompt; start a new session to switch.

Can the agent see other customers’ data?

No. Agent lists only datasets from projects available to your customer account. Project access and role permissions further restrict what you can select.

Yes. Use RebelVault to upload TXT, PDF, DOCX, XLSX, XLS, CSV, or PPTX files up to 20 MB. After upload, the file is processed in the background before it can be searched.

Are RebelVault files the same as imported datasets?

No. Imported datasets are curated into semantic modules and governed by project access and exposure levels. RebelVault files are user-owned documents that Agent can search only when Allow File Content is enabled.

Who can see my RebelVault files?

Only you, unless you share a file with another active user in your organisation or with everyone in your organisation. Shared users can search the file through Agent; only the owner can delete it or revoke shares.

What is the difference between Mask to AI and Mask on interface?

Mask to AI replaces recognised personal identifiers before AI processing. It is fixed after the first prompt in a session. Mask on interface controls whether authorised personal information is displayed in the conversation and can be changed during a session.

Why can I not turn Mask to AI off?

Your Customer Super Admin can require masking for the organisation. Mask to AI is also locked after the first prompt in a session. Start a new session if the setting is not organisation-enforced and you need a different choice.
